Born in Bangladesh in 1963 , Ali Liakat approached art during the years of her childhood, he enrolled in the University of Science  and completed his M Sc at the University of Rajshahi Department of Chemistry . Life’ s involuted chain of events – pivotal moments, jarring experiences, introspection and revelatory insights. The time of studying in the university he has found the test in drawing and in the color , his work brought him a great prize for him to go to China to study drawing and painting in the institute of zhrechiang  fine art in an scholarship, at Hangzhou . conceptual experimentation presented in Hangzhou Art gallery in China and then in different countries as like Canada ,Japan and the United States. Since the beginnings of the new millennium, The  temperament of water color  , which is a medium full of uncontrolled , as most suitable for expressing his complex inner world, at times through posing a struggle and at times through accommodating in the medium of oil . Along the way, After has enriched his technical capabilities through water color presentation for his oil paintings .
